探讨实施预见性护理改善ICU患者气管插管期并发症的效果

Exploration on the Effect of Implementing Predictive Nursing to Improve the Complications of Tracheal Intubation in ICU Patients

目的:研讨实施预见性护理改善ICU患者气管插管期并发症的效果。方法:随机抽取2014年2月~2016年2月的气管插管的ICU患者共计40例,将所有患者随机分为两组,分别是观察组和对照组,每组患者均为20例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预见性护理,比较两组患者的并发症发生情况以及患者家属的满意度情况。结果:观察组的并发症发生情况好于对照组(P<0.05);患者家属满意度情况观察组好于对照组(P<0.05),两组差异具有显著性,存在统计学意义。结论:实施预见性护理改善ICU患者气管插管期并发症的效果显著,患者及其患者家属的满意度较高,值得临床推广。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of preoperative care in improving the complications of tracheal intubation in ICU patients.Methods：A total of 40 patients with ICU were enrolled in this study from February 2014 to February 2016.All patients were randomly divided into two groups：observation group and control group（n=20）.The control group was treated with routine care and the observation group was treated with predictive care.The complications and the satisffaction rate of the patients’ family members of the two groups were compared.Results：The complication of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the patients was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion：The implementation of predictive nursing to improve the complications of tracheal intubation in ICU patients is significant,with higher satisfaction rate of patients and their families,worthy of clinical promotion.
