摘要
以海峡两岸应用型本科高校内涵的比较分析为切入点,梳理了两岸双师型教师合作培养的融通性与互补性,从双师型教师培养的五种合作力模型构建入手,即以政策与法律互通合作力、评审与认证互通合作力、产学与研发互通合作力、信息与资源互通合作力、培训与储备互通合作力为模型构建的五个要素,整合和盘活两岸应用型优质教育资源,打破制度藩篱和壁垒,强化两岸应用型教育在全球范围内的吸引力与竞争力。
Based on comparative analysis on the in-depth development of universities in cross-strait areas, the interconnection and complementarity tn cooperative training of double-professionally-titled teachers are ndicated. This paper proposes to establish five cooperative training models featured bypower interconnection between policy and law, enterprises and universities, information andresources, training and reserve,so as to integrate and optimize quality educational resources in cross-strait areas, break institutional barriers, promote reputation worldwide and improve competitiveness of cross-strait application-oriented education.
