摘要
为解决医生在院外诊疗活动中无法同时获取患者的院内和院外诊疗信息,造成诊疗信息断裂,无法闭环的问题和患者无法随时随地获取自身院内诊疗信息的现象。采用HL7的新FHIR(fast healthcare interoperability resources,FHIR)标准做为核心的信息模型并对各种异构的消息进行统一格式转换,同时利用契合FHIR的RESTful Web Service作为异构系统集成技术,构建一个院后数据集成平台以支撑院内外诊疗信息互操作。使用FHIR构建的院后数据集成平台在部门实际环境试运行三个月,平台运行稳定,医生和患者使用情况良好。该平台集成简便,互操作能力强,能够很好的解决连续性医疗中信息不连续,医生无法获取患者全面诊疗信息以及患者自身诊疗信息获取的问题。
In order to solve the problem of doctor who in clinical activities out hospital cannot obtain the patient's hospital and discharge clinical information at the same time,leading to medical information rupture and the patients can't obtain their clinical information anytime and anywhere. The HL7 FHIR( fast healthcare interoperability resources,FHIR) standard was used as the core information model which transformed the heterogeneous systems information into a uniform format. And the RESTful Web Service which conjuncted FHIR was used as the integration technology of heterogeneous system to build an data integration platform which support inside and outside hospital diagnosis information interoperable. The integration platform build on FHIR which tested ran for three months in the department actual environment. The platform integration convenient,interoperability is strong. And It's helpful to solve the problem of the medical information discontinuous.
