摘要
介绍了威尔金森功分器的设计方法,研制了一种相对带宽为21%的一分十六层压带状线功分器。仿真和测试结果表明,该功分器具有很好的低驻波、高幅相一致性和高隔离度等电性能。由于其特殊的层压结构,并通过印制板周围打金属过孔来防止电磁泄漏干扰,省略了屏蔽盒,使功分器具有结构紧凑、质量轻和加工简单的优点,适用于特定的工程领域。
The design of the Wilkinson power divider is introduced, and one-to-sixteen port laminat-ed stripline power divider is developed with the relative bandwidth of 21% . The simulation and test results show that the power divider has low VSWR, high consistency of the amplitude and phase, and high isolation. In order to prevent electromagnetic interference and leakage, the SIW metal via hole is used in the dielectric plate. Owing to the special laminated structure, the power divider fea-tures compact structure, light weight and simple machining, and it is applicable to the specific engi-neering field.
