摘要
齿轮齿廓加工的误差研究延续时间较久,不断有工程师提出新的误差补偿方法,然而随着加工机床的数字化程度越来越高,此类方法逐渐出现功能性退化现象,为此需要建立一种新的模型。新模型结合MATLAB的优化工具箱优化测量数据,建立误差分析模型,构建了齿廓的误差补偿策略,推导了可NC编程实现的误差补偿方程,并使用一组渐开线齿轮切实地进行了实验分析,验证了新模型的可靠性以及误差补偿的有效性。
The error of the gear tooth profile processing research continues for a long time, put forward new meth-od of error compensation are engineers, however,with the ever increase of the degree of digital machine such methods developed functional degradation phenomenon, therefore need to establish a new model. New model combined with the MATLAB optimization toolbox to optimize the measurement data,the error analysis model is established,constructs the tooth profile error compensation strategy, can realize the error compensation of NC programming equation was deduced, and use a set of involute gear real has carried on the experimental analysis, the reliability of the new model and the validity of error compensation.
