摘要
目的:采用液相色谱法对消疳化积散中胡芦巴碱含量进行了测定。方法:色谱柱:Diamonsil(钻石)NH2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(80∶20);流速:1.0m L/min;检测波长:265nm;柱温:40℃。结果:使君子中胡芦巴碱在11.98~766.8μg/m L(r=1.0000)范围内线性关系良好;回收率为98.35%,RSD=1.5%,(n=9)表明该方法回收率良好。结论:该法操作快速简便,稳定性和准确性良好,可用于控制消疳化积散中胡芦巴碱含量。
Objective: To establish the liquid chromatography( LC) method for the determination of Trigonelline in Xiaogan Huaji Powder.Methods: The determination was performed on Diamonsil NH2column( 250 mm × 4. 6mm,5μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile and water( 80∶ 20). The flow rate was 1. 0m L/min. The detection wavelength was 265 nm. The column temperature was 40℃. Results: The line arrange of Rangoon creeper was 11. 98 ~ 766. 8μg/m L( r = 1. 0000) with average recovery of 98. 35%( RSD was 1. 5%,n = 9).Conclusion: This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable for the quality control of Xiaogan Huaji Powder.
