中国对“一带一路”沿线各国OFDI逆向技术溢出效应分析

Analysis on the Reverse Technology Spillover Effect of China's OFDI upon the Countries along the Belt and Road

按东道国研发资本密集程度划分,中国对"一带一路"沿线国家对外直接投资促进我国技术进步的不同作用和机理,并利用2003—2014年省级面板数据进行实证检验。发现中国对"一带一路"沿线国家对外直接投资都能够产生逆向技术溢出效应;我国对"一带一路"沿线国家对外直接投资获得的逆向技术溢出通过人力资本消化吸收;虽然国内研发资本存量对我国全要素生产率影响不显著,但国内研发资本存量对中国从一带一路沿线国家对外直接投资渠道获得的逆向技术溢出具有显著的吸收作用。

According to the degree of capital intensive division in the host country,China has analyzed the different functions and mechanisms to promote our technological progress led by China＇s OFDI effect upon the countries along the Belt and Road and use the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2014 to make an empirical test.It is found that the reverse technology spillover effect of China＇s OFDI upon countries along the Belt and Road has been caused;and the reverse technology spillover gained from China＇s OFDI upon countries along the Belt and Road has been absorbed by human capital;although the effect of the domestic RD capital stock on total factor productivity is not obvious,it has a significant absorption as to the reverse technology spillover effect of China＇s OFDI upon countries along the Belt and Road.
