鲢鱼、鳙鱼源鲁氏耶尔森氏菌的分离鉴定及系统发育分析

Isolatioan Identification and Phylogenetic Analysis of Yersinia ruckeri from Silver Carp and Bighead

从金坛长荡湖网围养殖的鲢鱼、鳙鱼中分离到一株致病菌(160018-2),利用生理生化鉴定和16S rDNA基因序列分析进行细菌鉴定并进行药敏试验.结果表明,160018-2株为鲁氏耶尔森氏菌(Yersinia ruckeri),人工回感后病鱼出现体表出血、肠道充气、内脏出血等症状;药敏试验结果表明,该菌对恩诺沙星、盐酸环丙沙星、强力霉素、土霉素、氟苯尼考等5种药物敏感,对甲砜霉素、新霉素和红霉素耐药.

In this study,a bacterial strain(160018-2)was isolated from silver carp and bighead with hemorrhage disease and was identified as Yersinia ruckeri by analyzing biochemical reactions and 16S rDNA gene sequence.The intraperitoneally 160018-2-injected fish showed obvious haemorrhaging in anus,body surface and the side of the body.Antibiotic sensitivity testing showed that 160018-2 was very sensitive to enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,doxycycline,oxytetracycline and florfenicol,but not sensitive to thiamphenicol,neomycin and erythromycin.
