浙江省规模化网球场馆运营效益分析

Analysis on the Operational Efficiency of Large-scale Tennis Venue in Zhejiang Province

为了了解浙江省具有一定规模的网球专业性场馆的运营情况,主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、包络数据分析法等研究方法进行实证细化分析,研究得出:浙江省规模化网球场馆运营模式委托运营和自运营兼顾,场馆数量成一定规模,运营收费一般;网球场馆运营中专业管理运营人员都较少,开放时间上委托运营单位较长,年接待网球锻炼健身人数相对企业化运作的委托运营更优于自主运营单位;从DEA模型有效分析得出,浙江省网球场馆基本全部有效,只有鄞州网球中心少偏离有效数据;从超效益分析得出,温州网球中心是全省网球场馆运营的榜样,运营效益非常好。全省规模化网球场馆注重社会效益,各规模化网球场馆为浙江省网球事业的发展做出不同的贡献。

To better understand the operating conditions of large-scale professional tennis venue in Zhejiang province,this paper carries out the methods of literature,questionnair,data envelopment analysis and empirical research to investigate.The findings showed that the scaled tennis venue＇s operational modes in Zhejiang province had two kinds which were entrusted operation and self-operation,the number of courts had a scale of operation and the professional management of charge was general.Lacking of specialized personals,opening time by operating units lasts longer,the entrusted operation was better in the reception for tennis exercise fitness.By using effective analysis of DEA model,all tennis courts＇ tubes were valid,except for Yinzhou Tennis Center which had a less deviation of efficient data.On the benefit analysis,Wenzhou Tennis Center was the best example in outstanding operational efficiency.All largescale tennis venue should pay attention to social benefits,and make different contributions to the development of tennis in Zhejiang province.
