浙江省青少年网球后备人才培养比较研究

Comparative Study on Reserve Tennis Talents Training for Teenager in Zhejiang Province

文章采用文献资料法、访谈法对浙江省杭州、宁波、温州、台州、嘉兴、湖州六个地市青少年网球后备人才培养现状展开调查与比较分析。研究发现,浙江省六地市因人才培养目标的差异,存在少体校模式、专业队模式、体教结合模式、业余网球俱乐部模式、网球学校模式五种人才培养模式,以宁波、杭州、湖州、温州四地培养成绩突出,值得省内其它各地市学习和借鉴。

Through the literature review method and the interview method,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation about the cultivation of reserve tennis talents training for teenager in six cities in Zhejiang province,namely Hangzhou,Ningbo,Wenzhou,Taizhou,Jiaxing and Huzhou.It is found that there are five kinds of talent training modes in the six places of Zhejiang province due to the differences in the training objectives,namely the children＇s sports school mode,the professional team mode,the mode featured by combination of sports and education,the amateur tennis club mode and the tennis school mode.Ningbo,Hangzhou and Huzhou and Wenzhou have made outstanding achievements in cultivating teenager tennis talents,and other prefectural and municipal cities in Zhejiang province should learn from the experience gained by the four cities.
