互联互通视角下中国-东盟基础设施与国际旅游协调发展研究

Research into Coordinated Development of Infrastructure Construction and International Tourism between China and ASEAN from the Perspective of Connectivity

基础设施和旅游作为物理联通和人员交流的代表性组成部分,两者的协调发展是互联互通系统内"软""硬"兼修的体现,也是推动和引导制度联通的重要力量。以中国-东盟基础设施与国际旅游的协调发展为研究对象,实证分析显示中国-东盟主要国家基础设施与国际旅游协调发展水平差异较大。中国基建"走出去",内化基建于国际旅游将是区域内基础设施与国际旅游协调发展的主要方向。

Infrastructure construction and international tourism,as the representative parts of physical and personnel connectivity,reflect the'hard'and 'soft'aspects of the connectivity system and play an important role in promoting system connectivity. The paper takes the coordination of China-ASEAN infrastructure construction and international tourism for instance and the empirical results show that there is a sharp gap between them. Therefore, China ' s infrastructure construction should go global and internalize the infrastructure construction in international tourism in order to coordinate the development of infrastructure construction and international tourism.
