党的十八大以来,在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下,中国外交取得了一系列重大的成就,也开创了中国特色大国外交的新篇章。其外交思想具有先进性、开拓性、稳定性三个鲜明的特征:先进性,习近平主席站在时代潮头,把握历史方向,提出了一系列新思想和新理念,建立以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系、共同构建人类命运共同体;开拓性,中国外交构建了覆盖全球的伙伴关系网络,推进"一带一路"发展,开启了中国新一轮对外开放与互利合作的历史新篇章;稳定性,始终坚持走和平发展道路,始终高举多边主义和开放包容的旗帜。中国外交的这种稳定性和确定性是大国应有的担当,充分展示了中国的定力和自信。

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core,a series of major achievements have been made in China's diplomacy,turning a new chapter of a great nation's diplomacy with Chinese characteristics. It has three distinct features:advanced,pioneering and stable. By advanced it is meant that the General Secretary Xi Jinping,standing in the forefront of the times,has comprehended the direction of history and has put forward a series of new ideas and new concepts including the establishment of new international relations with cooperation and winwin outcome at the core and the establishment of a community of shared future for mankind; by pioneering,it is meant that China's diplomatic network of partnership has covered the whole globe and especially since China put forward the One Belt and One Road Initiatives,China has turned a new chapter of another round of reform and opening-up and international cooperation with mutual benefit; by stable,it is meant that China will always follow the path of peaceful development and will hold high the banner of multilateralism,openness and inclusiveness.The stability and certainty of China's diplomacy embodies the duties of a big power,fully demonstrating China's determination and confidence.
