生态批评与中国的生态文明建设

随着全球生态环境的持续恶化，生态批评作为人类对滥用自然造成的各种问题的批判性回应，在西方理论界首先出现。生态批评家试图唤醒和加强人们的生态意识，为缓解生态危机以及实现人与自然的和谐共存而做出贡献。在中国，生态批评是一个翻译而来的或引进的理论概念和批评原则，但是，生态批评理论的成功引进得益于中国古代丰富的哲学和思想资源。在生态理论建构中，一些知名的中国学者将生态批评与生态美学、生态文艺学相结合，致力于生态批评理论的建构，试图建构出有中国特色的生态批评理论，在中国语境中构建独特的生态批评话语。本文对西方生态批评理论进行了梳理，同时也对中国的生态批评研究进行了分析。在指出中国生态批评的特点和局限后，本文认为，建立在中国古代丰富的哲学思想基础之上的中国生态批评将会与国际同行进行平等对话，共同为建设世界生态文明做出贡献。

With the increasing worsening of global ecological environment, ecocriticism, as a critical response to the various problems caused by the ill-treatment of nature, rose in the Western critical circles. Eco-critics try to waken and enhance people＇s awareness of ecology, and then make contributions to eliminating the ecological crisis as well as achieving the harmonious existence between human and nature. As for ecocriticism in China, it is a ＂translated＂ or an ＂imported＂ theoretical concept and critical principle.However, the successful introduction of ecocritical theory into China largely owes to the fact that there are rich ecocrifical resources in classical Chinese philosophy and thought. Blending with eco-aesthefics and ecological studies of literature, some famous scholars have dedicated to the construction of ecological theories and tried to construct the ecological criticism with Chinese features, thus forming a unique discourse of ecocriticismin the Chinese context. The present article, after a general survey of the Western ecocriticism, also deals with the studies of ecocriticism in China. After analyzing the characteristics and limits of ecocriticism in China, this article concludes that based on the rich classical Chinese philosophical sources, China＇s ecocriticism will conduct equal dialogues between Chinese and international scholarship and make contributions to the construction of the world eco-civllization.
