摘要
目的观察TNF细胞及T细胞亚群存慢性肾炎和脒毒症发病机理中的作用.探讨慢性肾炎及尿毒症的细胞免疫治疗办法。方法选取2013年4月至2015年4月期间在我院进行治疗的被确诊为慢性。降炎尿毒症的患者88例作为观察对象,另外选取60例健康志愿者作为对照组。双抗夹心法ELISA测定各组患者和健康志愿者的TNF细胞衄清浓度,利用流式细胞仪榆测外周mT淋巴细胞亚群的表衙分子,最后进行比较。结果慢性肾炎尿毒症期患者的血清TNF-α浓度为(212.76±48.55)μg/mL,健康对照纰血清TNF-α浓度为(182.16±39.27)μg/mL,疾病组的血清TNF—α浓度高于健康对照组;慢性肾炎联毒症患者体内CD3细胞水平有降低(P〈0.05),CD4细胞水平不受影响(P〉0.05),而CD8水平明旺升高(P〈0.05)。结论TNF—α与T淋巴细胞均参与了慢性肾炎尿毒症的发病机制,通过控制这两种例子/细胞的血清水平.可能在一定程度上缓解慢性肾炎尿毒症患者的病情。
Objective to observe the TNF cells and T cells subgroup role in the pathogenesis of chronic nephritis and uremia, inves- tigate the cellular immune treatment of chronic nephritis and uremia. Methods select during April 2013 to April 2015 treated in our hospital was diagnosed with chronic nephritis uremia patients 88 cases as research object, in addition to choose 60 cases of heahhy vol- unteers as control group. Double clip art ELISA determination of groups of patients and healthy volunteers serum concentration of TNF cells, using flow eytomelry instrument to detect peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of surface molecules, finally the comparison. Results patients with chronic nephritis uremia period of serum concentration of TNF alpha for (212.76±48.55) mu g/ml., heahhy controls serum eoneentration of TNF alpha for ( 182. 16±39.27) mu g/mL, disease group serum TNF alpha concentration higber than that of heahhy controls; Patients with chronic nephritis uremia CD3 cells in the body level have lower (P〈20.05), CD4 cell level is not affected (P〉 0.05), and CD8 levels increased significantly (P〈20.05). Conclusion TNF alpha and T lymphocytes are involved in the pathogenesis of chronic nephritis uremia, by controlling the serum level of these two factors/cells, may to a certain extent, ease the condition of patients with chronic nephritis uremia.
