基层医院救治创伤性肝破裂20例体会

目的总结在壤层医院救治创伤性肝破裂的经验及体会。方法综合分析我院近几年救治创伤性朋：破裂20例的临床资料，其中保守治疗4例，行手术治疗16例。结果20例患者均得到治愈。结论早期诊断与伤情评估，合理果断选择治疗方案，秋极的抗休克治疗，简单有效的手术式，同时积极处理合并伤，在基层医院救治创伤性肝破裂过程中至关重要。
