摘要
目的探讨研究术前贫血刘妇科手术患者预后的影响。方法选取201O年1月到2015年12月在南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院接受治疗的112例进行手术的子宫肌瘤合并贫血患者,根据患者的贫血情况,将其分为A组、B组和C组,其中A组为不贫帆组,B组和C组患者均存在贫血情况,三组患者采取手术治疗的同时对C组患者采取纠正贫血的治疗措施,观察手术后住院时间以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果A组患者的住院时间小于C组,B组为最高,HA组术后并发症发生率低于C组患者,B组患者为最高,且P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义;三组患者均没有出现深部静脉血栓等严重术后并发症。结论对于妇科疾病,术前贫血会加重心血管系统负担,延长患者住院时间及增加术后不良反应及并发症的发生,采取重组人红细胞生成素和输血纠正贫血,可促进患者术后康复,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative anemia on the prognosis of patients with gynecologic surgery. Meth- ods Selection of 2010 January to December 2015 in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital The Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medi cal School accepted the treatment of 112 cases of surgery of uterine fibroids patients with anemia, according to the patient 's anemia, di vided into group A, group B and group C, which a group of non anemia group, patients in group B and group C, there are anemia, three groups of patients to take surgical treatment at the same time of patients in group C take treatment measures of correction of ane- mia, was observed in the post operative hospitalization time and posloperative complications incidence. Results A group of patients hospitalized time shorter than that in group C, group B was the highest, and group a postoperative complication rate was lower than that of the patients in group C, patients in group B was the highest, and P〈0.05. with statistical significance. Three groups of patients had deep vein thrombosis and other serious postoperative complications. Conclusion For gynecological diseases, preoperative anemia will add to the burden of cardiovascular system and prolong hospitalization time and increase the incidence of adverse reaction and com plication occurrence, take recombinant human erythropoietin hormone and blood transfusion correction of anemia, can promote patients after rehabilitation, it is worth in clinical application.
