颈动脉内膜剥脱术治疗颈动脉狭窄28例临床分析

目的对28例颈动脉内膜剥脱术治疗颈动脉狭窄患抒的临床疗效进行分析。方法选择2015年5月到2016年5月至我院就诊的颈动脉狭窄患者28例，所有患者手术前均进行数字减影血管造影术（DSA）和多普勒超声检碴，均确诊为颈动脉狭窄，均采用颈幼脉内膜剥脱术进行治疗。结果所有患者术后1个月后进行多普勒超声榆蠢最示术后颈动脉血流镶娃著增加，且动脉粥样斑块完全消失。结论颈动脉内膜剥脱术治疗颈动脉狭窄效果显蒋，且经济安全，值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective 28 eases of carotid intima stripped treatment the curative effect of patients with carotid artery stenosis were analyzed. Methods in May 2015 to May 2016 to 28 cases of our hospital patients with carotid artery stenosis, all patients were per- formed before the operation of digital subtraction angiography （DSA） and doppler ultrasound examination, the diagnosis of carotid ar- tery stenosis, adopt carotid intima stripped for treatment. Results all patients after 1 month after doppler ultrasound examination showed a significant increase in postoperative carotid arterial blood flow, and artery atheromatous plaque disappear entirely. Conclusion carotid intima stripped treatment of carotid stenosis results significantly, and economic security, is worth promoting in clinic.
