整形美容外科技术在小儿急诊面部外伤中的应用

目的研究分析小儿面部外伤急诊时应用整形美容外科技术的临床效果。方法应用整形美容外科技术对自2013年12月至2015年12月我院收治的65例面部外伤急诊患儿进行治疗，应用真皮内连续缝合、皮内间断缝合、皮肤间断缝合及邻近皮瓣转移等修复方法对患儿面部进行修复，术后对患儿进行随访，判定患儿的恢复状况并对家属进行问卷调查，调查家属的满意度。结果所有的患儿均是Ⅰ期愈合，有1例患儿由于在术后的护理过程中发生了感染，虽然及时的采取抗感染治疗后也达到了Ⅰ期愈合，但是出现了瘢痕增生；l例患儿，在抗瘢痕治疗中，由于患儿的特异质体质，导致了瘢痕增生；患儿家属的满意度调查中满意度为96．74％。结论小儿面部外伤急诊应用整形美容外科技术，可以极大的恢复患儿的面部功能及外形，并能减轻术后瘢痕，值得在临床中推广。

Objective To study the analysis of pediatric facial trauma, application of the technique of plastic surgery the clinical effect. Methods application technique of plastic surgery of self-December 2013 to December 2005 in our hospital were 65 cases of facial trauma emergency patients were treated, dermal application of continuous suture intradermal suture, skin interrupted suture and adja- cent skin flap and repair methods of children with facial repair, after operation of children were followed up patients to determine the re- covery and the family conducted a questionnaire survey, the satisfaction of their families were investigated. Results all cases were healed. 1 cases because of the operation Infection occurred after the nursing process, although the timely adopt anti infection treatment has reached the stage I healing, but the scar hyperplasia, 1 cases, in the anti scar treatment, no follow the doctor＇s advice, leading to scar formation; with family satisfaction survey satisfaction degree for 96.74%. Conclusion pediatric facial trauma emergency applica- tion of plastic cosmetic surgery technology can greatly recovery in children with facial appearance and function, and can reduce postop- erative scar, it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
