胆结石患者中全面护理模式的应用效果观察

目的探究全面护理模式应用于胆结石患者护理的临床疗效及应用价值。方法抽取2015年12月至2016年6月在我院就诊的60例胆结石患者进行临床研究，随机将患者分为观察组与对照组，观察组患者接受全俩护理模式．刘照组患者接受常规护理．观察比对两组患荷的手术时间及临床指标。结果经护理后，观察组患者手术时间显著低于对照组，并且各项临眯指标明显优于对照组．具有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论胆结石患者接受全面护理模式可有效缩短手术时间和住院时间，降低术中出血量，利于术后康复，呵在临床中加以推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and application value of comprehensive nursing mode in the nursing of patients with gallstones. Methods from December 2015 June to 2016 clinical study was performed in 60 cases of eholelithiasis patients in our hospital, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the observation group re- ceived comprehensive nursing, control group patients received routine nursing care, compare two groups of patients with operation time and clinical indicators. Results after nursing, the observation group of patients was significantly lower than the control group, and the clinical indicators were significantly better than the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with gall- stones in the comprehensive nursing model can effectively shorten the operation time and hospital stay, reduce the amount of bleeding during surgery, which is conducive to postoperative rehabilitation, can be popularized in clinical practice.
