急性胆囊炎患者护理中舒适护理模式的应用分析

目的分析舒适护理在急性胆囊炎中的临床效果。方法选取2014年9月至2015年9月期间，于我院接受手术治疗的急性胆囊炎患者62倒，随机分为A组与B组，各31例，A组患者于嘲手术期内实施常规护理，B组实施舒适护理．对比两组患者临床护理的总有效率与护理满意程度。结果护理后，B组患者临床护理的总有效率与护理满意程度。均显著优于A组（P〈0．05）。结论舒适护理在急性胆囊炎患者围术期护理中临床效果显著，值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective to analyze tile clinical effect of comfortable nursing in patients with acute cholecystitis, Methods a total of September 2014 to 2015 during September, in our hospital accepted surgical treatment of 62 cases of patients with acute cholecystitis, were randomly divided into group A and group B, 31 cases in each. The patients in group A in the pert operative period implementation of routine nursing, 13 group received comfort care, compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing of total efficiency and satisfaction with care. Results after nursing, the total effective rate and the degree of satisfaction with nursing care of patients in group B. Are significantly better than the A group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion comfortable nursing care in patients with acute cholecystitis perioperative nursing clinical effect is significant, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
