2013至2015年老年住院患者病案分析

目的通过分析2013年至2015年某院老年住院患者情况，掌握老年住院患者的一般特征、疾病谱、死亡等．为老年患者医疗康复护理服务及医院医疗工作提供基础性数据，为下一步研究及制定对策提供参考。方法收集2013至2015年某院60岁以上老年住院患者的住院病案资料，对老年住院患者的一般情况、患病情况和死亡情况进行回顾性分析。结果3年问老年住院患者共81034人，占全部出院人数的41．64％．比例逐年增加。老年患者住院所患疾病主螫为循环系统疾病，占所有疾病的23．99％；老年患者的死亡原因前三位疾病为恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病和感染性疾病。结论循环系统疾病、脓毒血症是影响老年人生命和健康的重要疾病，随着老年患者医疗需求不断加大，医院应有针对性的为老年住院患者提供更加合理的充分的医疗服务。

Objective To acquire the general characters of elderly inpatients through an analysis on the situations of elderly hospi- talized inpatients of a hospital from 2013 to 2015. so as to provide the basic data for hospital medical,rehabilitation and nursing service for the elderly inpatients. Methods The medical records data of hospitalized patients over the age of 60 years between 2013 and 2015 were collected,then conducted retrospectively analysis on the general situatiou, prevalence and mortality of elderly inpatients. Results There were 81040 elderly patients in total during the three years.and the proportion of the total number of patients was 41.64%. The main diseases of elderly patients were circulatory system disease, which accounted for 23.99% of all diseases, the causes of death in elderly patients with three diseases of cancer, circulatory system disease, and Infectious diseases. Conclusion Circulatory system dis- ease and sepsis was an important risk factor affecting the elderly life and health, with the increasing of the medical needs of elderly patients, hospital should provide more reasonable and adequate medieal services for elderly inpatients.
