加巴喷丁联合血液灌流在治疗尿毒症行血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒的疗效观察

目的关于加巴喷丁联合血液灌流在治疗尿毒症行血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒的疗效观察。方法本次研究选取我院收治的46例尿毒症行血液透析患者作为研究对象。对照组尿毒症行m液透析患者采用加巴喷丁治疗；观察组尿毒症行血液透析患者采用加巴喷丁联合血液灌流治疗。结果观察组其总有效率（91．30）％、不良反应（4．35）％明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），而PTH、P^3＋，β2-MG、Ca^2＋、BUN、SCr指标改善无明显差异。结论加巴喷丁联合血液灌流在治疗血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒方面，较单用血液灌流更能有效改善皮肤瘙痒。

Objective gabapentin joint blood perfusion in the treatment of patients with uremia itching curative effect observation. Methods this study selected from September 2013 to November 2015 admitted during the period of 46 patients with uremia were as the research object. The control group patients with uremia with gabapentin therapy; Observation group of patients with uremia with gaba- pentin joint blood perfusion treatment. Results The total efficiency （91.30）%, adverse reactions （4.35）% was significantly hetter than the control group （P〈0.05）, and PTH, P^3- , β2-MG, Ca2＋, BUN, SCr no significant difference in improving indicators. Con- clusion Gabapentin joint hemoperfusion in the treatment of pruritus in hemodialysis patients than single hemoperfusion more effective- ly improve skin itching.
