单硝酸异山梨酯联合呋塞米治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果观察

目的探讨单硝酸异山梨酯联合呋褰米治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2013年2月至2014年8月来我院治疗的72例慢性心力衰竭患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组36例，列照组的患者给予常规治疗，观察组的患者在常规治疗的同时给严单硝酸异山梨酯联合吠塞米进行治疗。比较嘶组的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为94．4％，对照组的总有效率为69．4％。观察组的临床总有效率明姓高于对照组（P〈0．05）；并且观察组的各项躲测指标改善情况均明镀优于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组的不良反应发生率也明娃低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论单硝酸异山梨酯联合呋塞米治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效艟著，有利于改善心袭患者的预后情况，值得广泛推广于应用。
