摘要
目的分析坤更欣胶囊对“更年期”模型大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂(LPO)及阿二醛(MDA)的影响。方法将50只“更年期”模型大鼠随机分为5组:更年期对照组,更年安胶囊组.坤更欣胶囊低、中、高3个剂量组,每组均10只。更年安胶囊组灌胃更年安胶囊0.729g/kg;坤更欣胶囊3个剂量组,分别灌胃坤更欣胶囊0.648g/kg、1.296g/kg、1.944g/kg;更年期组灌胃等体积的生理盐水。每日给药1次,连续15天后测定各组大鼠血清SOD的活性、LPO及MDA水平。结果用药15天后,与更年期组相比:坤堕欣胶囊申、高剂量组m清SOD活性显著升高(均P〈0.01);血清LPO明硅降低(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);MDA水平明皿降低(均P〈o.01)。结论坤更欣胶囊可增加“更年期”模璎大鼠SOD活性,抑制氧自由基生成。
Objective Analysis of the influence of Kun geng xin Capsule to "Menopause" rats on serum SOD, I,PO, MDA. Methods 50 "menopause" rat, s Models were randomly divided into 5 groups: menopause control group, Geng nian an capsule group, Kun Xin Capsule groups low, middle,high dose, 10 ratsi each group. Gengnian'an capsule group was gavaged with Gengnian an capsules 0. 729g/ kg;the 3 groups of Kun geng xin capsule dose, Were orally given with Kun geng xin Capsule 0. 648g/kg,1. 296g/kg,1. 944g/kg respec- tively;Menopause group, intragastric administration with isometric normal saline, I time daily, Continuous 15d, ana/sis the serum SOD activity LPO and MDA levels in rat. Results After administration of 15d, compared with the control group, in Kun gengxin Capsule middle,high dose groups, serum SOD activity increased significantly (P〈 0. 01) ; Serum LPO was significantly lower( P〈 0.05, P〈C 0.01) ;Serum MDAwas significantly lower(P〈0.01). Conclusion Kun geng xin capsule can Increased the SOD activity and inhibits the production of oxygen free radical, in the rats of "Menopause" Model.
