加强新型医学模式的人文教育

Improving humanistic knowledge for a new medical model

随着生产力发展水平和科学技术的不断进步,医学模式作为某个特定历史时期人民对健康和疾病现象的认识,先后经历了一系列与其发展水平想适应的模式,即神灵主义医学、机械医学、生物医学和生物-心理-社会医学等四个模式。在生物-心理-社会医学模式的背景下,当代医生的职业素质面临着新的要求和挑战。本文论述在当今中国医疗环境下,加强医学人文知识学习的必要性、重要性,以及如何顺应医学模式的转变。

With the economic development of science and technology advance, medical model, as the total under- standing of health and disease at a certain historical period, has undergone several different phases： spirtualism medical model, mechanistic medical model, Biological Medical Model and biological-psychological-social medical model. Under the background of biologic and psychogenic society medicine, the professional quality of contemporary doctor faces new requirements and challenges. This article discusses the necessity, importance and approaches of intensifying research on humanistic knowledge which adapts to the transformation of medical model.
