文章阐释了公共图书馆媒体关系管理的重要性,呈现广州图书馆媒体关系管理理念和实践,指出图书馆本身即是媒体中心,其自媒体的发声影响大众媒体的议题设置,促进媒体关系建设。
This paper explains the importance of media relations management in public libraries,presents the concept and practice of media relations management in Guangzhou Library. This paper also points out that the library itself is a media center. The sound of We-Media will affect the agenda setting of the mass media,and promotes the construction of media relations.
