中文生物医学数据库对Meta分析结果的影响及主题差异性研究

A Study on the Influence of Chinese Biomedical Database on Meta-Analysis and Difference of Subjects

生物医学科研人员进行Meta分析时,检索数据库的选择直接影响纳入的研究是否全面、客观、真实,并最终影响系统评价的有效性。目前,中文论文数量位列世界第二,仅次于美国,但国内外研究人员在做系统评价时很少检索中文医学数据库。文章选取了4种Meta分析主题,共计8篇论文,其中4篇检索了中文数据库,4篇没有检索中文数据库,对比分析了中文数据库是否对Meta分析结果产生影响。通过分析Cochrane Library数据库中的所有文献,总结了目前Meta分析检索中文数据库的现状。

When biomedical researchers conduct meta-analysis,the choice of retrieval database directly affects whether the included research is comprehensive,objective,and authentic,and ultimately affect the effectiveness of systematic evaluation. At present,the number of Chinese papers ranked second in the world,second only to the United States,but domestic and foreign researchers do systematic review rarely search Chinese medical databases. In this paper,we selected four Meta-analysis topics,a total of eight papers,of which four were retrieved from Chinese database and four were not,and the analyzes whether the Chinese databases influence the Meta analysis results. Finally,the paper summarizes the current status of the database of Meta-analysis by analyzing all the literature in the Cochrane Library.
