垃圾渗滤液蒸发系统故障诊断与处理 被引量:2

摘要 某垃圾填埋场渗滤液蒸发系统(MVC)日处理量下降70%,出水水质达不到排放标准。深入剖析该MVC系统工艺特点和实际运行状况,采用热态运行测试和冷态停机检测、垢样分析等方法,确定系统故障单元,发现存在浓液流量过高、换热管束之间结垢严重、电加热器能耗偏高等问题。经污垢堵塞清除、离子交换系统更换等治理措施后,日处理量恢复到175 t/d,出水水质达到设计要求,耗电量降低到125.6 k W·h。 The leachate evaporation treatment system( MVC) of a landfill decreases by 70% in the treatment capacity,and the effluent quality is not up to the discharge standard. The characteristics and operation status of the MVC system are analyzed in depth. The hot-running test,the cold-stop detection and the analysis of the scale sample have been proposed. The fault unit is determined. It is found that there is a high concentration of liquid flow,heat transfer between the tube bundle serious scaling,high energy consumption of electric heaters and so on. After the removal of fouling and the replacement of ion exchange system,the daily treatment capacity is restored to 175 t/d,the effluent quality reaches the design requirement,and the power consumption is reduced to 125. 6 k W·h.
