我国战略性新兴产业发展的专利策略及其对我市的启示

Patent Strategy of Strategic Emerging Industry Development in China and Its Enlightenment to Our City

对专利及战略性新兴产业的概念及内涵分析发现两者具有很强的关联性,专利策略为我国战略性新兴产业发展提供了一个明确的发展方向。通过三个典型的专利策略助力战略性新兴产业发展的案例分析,启示我们应从加大宣传、形成制度、发挥高校科研优势、完善专利代理机构、转移转化等六个方面实施我市战略性新兴产业的发展专利策略。

After analysis on the concept and connotation of patent and strategic emerging industries, this paper has found that there is a strong correlation between the two. In detail, the patent strategy provides a clear development direction for the development of strategic emerging industries in China. After studying, three typical examples that patent strategy helps the development of strategic emerging industries, it is clear that our city＇s idea should be carried out on patent strate- gy for the development of strategic emerging industries from six aspects such as publicity, the formation of system, taking advantages of scientific research, improving the patent agency, transfer or transformation and so on.
