摘要
通过问卷调查,收集安徽三所大学的248份数据,采取回归分析方法,实证检验跨文化情境中学习目标导向对于个体文化智力和创新能力的影响关系以及文化距离的调节作用。结果发现,学习目标导向正向影响个体文化智力和创新能力的发展,文化智力在学习目标导向和个人创新能力两者之间有部分中介关系,文化距离负向调节学习目标导向和文化智力的关系。
With a questionnaire investigation, the author collects 248 pieces of data of three universities in Anhui. the regression analysis method is adopted to test the influence of learning goal orientation on. individual culture and intelligence and creative ability, and the adjustment of cultural distance in cross-cultural context. Results show that learning goal orientation gradually develops to influence individual culture and intelligence and creative ability; culture and intelligence have some intermediary relations between learning goal orientation and individual creative ability; culture distance negatively regulates the relationship between learning goal orientation and culture and intelligence.
