摘要
高校的教学督导机构是现代教育管理体系中的重要组成部分,建立科学的教学督导制度可以促进高校持续、健康发展。借鉴荷兰的第三方教育教学督导机构的设置及运行机制的经验,我国应建立第三方机构参与高校教育教学督导,在运行中应建立专家型的教育教学督导队伍,规范第三方机构督导行为,同时重视学生组织在督导评价中的作用。
The institute of teaching supervision in university is an important part in modem educational administrative system. To construct scientific teaching supervision system can promote sustainable and healthy development for university. To learn from the experiences of Holland teaching supervision institution which is set up by the third part and its operation mechanism, we should establish an institution by the third part which participates in teaching supervision, in its operation, organize a group of experts, standardize the third part supervision, and attach importance to students evaluation.
