摘要
《傅青主女科》交感出血的治疗主方是引精止血汤。本文主要介绍引精止血汤的方药组成及其方歌、功效、主治、方解、验案等。本方有益精养血,补气摄血,清利郁热,引血归经之功,主治辨证属于气虚精亏所致的同房后出血,或气虚精亏为主,虚火扰动引起的崩中漏下之证。
The main prescription in the treatment of sympathetic hemorrhage is Yinjing Zhixue decoction in Fu Qingzhu＇s Obstetrics and Gynecology. This paper mainly introduced the composition, syndromes, efficacy, indications, cases, etc. of Yinjing Zhixue decoction. This prescription has the effect of tonifying essence and nourishing blood, invigorating qi to absorb blood, clearing heat and inducing blood to channel meridian. It belongs to qi deficiency syndrome differentiation of pure loss caused by bleeding after intercourse, bleeding or deficiency of kidney essence and the metrorrhagia caused by the deficiency fire.
