摘要
文章总结胡小芳教授运用补肾活血法治疗胚胎移植失败的经验。胡小芳教授认为IVF-ET患者之所以移植失败的主要病因病机在于肾虚血瘀,故对于此患者,胡小芳教授主张在移植前调理身体,移植后着重于胚胎着床,成功妊娠后着重于保胎治疗。
The article summarized experience of Professor Hu Xiaofang in treating embryo transplantation failure by tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation therapy. Professor Hu Xiaofang thought that the main pathogenesis of IVF-ET in patients with graft failure is the reason for the patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Therefore, Professor Hu Xiaofang advocated physical conditioning before transplantation, transplantation focused on embryo implantation and successful pregnancy after miscarriage treatment.
