消风散治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Xiaofeng Powder in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria of Blood Deficiency and Wind Dryness Type

目的探究自拟消风散治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法抽取来我院就医的76例血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹患者(2012年5月—2015年12月)作为此次实验的目标对象,对76例患者进行随机对照分组。对照组38例患者应用常规西药治疗,实验组38例患者在对照组基础上应用自拟消风散治疗,两组患者均随访3个月,研究对比两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量评分、白三烯水平及复发率。结果对照组38例患者的总有效率为76.32%,显著低于实验组(94.74%),P<0.05;治疗后,两组血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹患者的生活质量评分、白三烯水平均较治疗前有显著改善,P<0.05,但实验组患者的改善情况显著优于对照组,P<0.05;随访3个月发现,对照组38例患者的复发率为50.00%,显著高于实验组(15.79%),P<0.05。结论对血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹患者采取自拟消风散治疗,能显著降低患者白三烯水平,改善患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,减少复发。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Xiaofeng powder in the treatment of chronic urticaria of blood defi-ciency and wind dryness type. Methods 76 cases of patients with chronic urticaria of blood deficiency and wind dryness type in our hospital（from May 2012 to December 2015） were selected as the experimental objects, and were randomly divided into two groups.The control of 38 cases was treated with conventional Western medicine. The experimental group of 38 patients applied Xiaofeng powder on the basis of the control group. Two groups were followed-up for 3 months. The clinical effect, quality of life score of two groups of patients and the recurrence rate of leukotrienes was compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was76.32% which was significantly lower than 94.74% of the experimental group P〈0.05. After treatment, quality of life score and leukotriene levels in patients were significantly improved comparing with that before treatment P〈0.05. The improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, P〈0.05. After 3 months of following-up, the recurrence rate of the control group was 50% which was significantly higher than 15.79% of the experimental group P〈0.05. Conclusion The selfmade Xiaofeng powder in the treatment of chronic urticaria of blood deficiency and wind dryness type can significantly reduce the leukotriene levels in patients, improve clinical symptoms and the quality of life, and reduce the recurrence.
