中国穴位埋线疗法系列讲座(52) 杨氏“脂五针”埋线针刀治疗高脂血症疗效观察

Series Primary Lecture about Acupoint Embedding Thread Therapy(52) Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Yang's 3A+ Therapy at "Zhiwuzhen" and Embedding Thread Acupotomy in the Treatment of Hyperlipidemia

目的观察杨氏"脂五针"埋线针刀治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将60例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组、对照组每组各30例。治疗组采用杨氏"脂五针"埋线针刀治疗,对照组采用口服辛伐他汀治疗,观察两组临床表现、血脂生化以及BMI的变化情况。1个疗程后观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组显效22例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率高达93.3%,对照组显效17例,有效7例,无效6例,总有效率为80%,2组总有效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杨氏"脂五针"埋线针刀治疗高脂血症效果明显优于口服辛伐他汀治疗,值得临床借鉴与推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ zhiwuzhen＂ and embedding thread acup0tomy in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods 60 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group adopted Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ zhiwuzhen＂ and embedding thread acupotomy therapy. The patients in the control group used simvastatin oral therapy. Through observing the clinical syndrome, blood biochemical and BMI of two groups, the clinical effect after a course of treatment was evaluated. Results In the treatment group, 22 cases were cured, 6 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases were improved, and the total effective rate was 93.3%. In the control group, 17 cases were cured, 7 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were improved, and the total effective rate was 80%. The total effective rate difference between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ zhiwuzhen＂ and embedding thread acupotomy in the treatment of hyperlipidemia is obviously superior to simvastatin oral therapy, and it is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
