Historical Evolution of the Origin and the Processing Methods of the Manure-prepared Licorice

目的依据古籍中"人中黄"的记载,列述其炮制方法,追溯"人中黄"之由来及炮制方法,为恢复和改善人中黄炮制方法,新药开发研究提供参考。方法参考历代古籍医书和本草著作中有关"人中黄"的载述,列述其炮制内容及方法。结果 "人中黄"是甘草末置于竹筒内,于粪坑中浸渍一段时间后的制成品。在古代本草中一般收载于"人部"药材中,据《中华本草》所述,可能形成于在唐宋时期,其相关炮制方法记载较早出现于元·朱震亨《丹溪心法》。元代之后的历代医家著作和医案中多记载有相关的应用或炮制方法,至清代人中黄的使用和炮制方法开始多样化,有所发展,但近现代相关人中黄的炮制方法研究已淡出临床。

Objective According to the herb manure-prepared licorice records in ancient Bencao works, its processing methods were summarized, the origins of manure-prepared licorice and the processing methods were traced, and the processing methods were im-proved, and to provide reference for the research and development of new drugs. Methods Referring to the previous medical records and ancient Bencao works about manure-prepared licorice, the contents and methods of its preparation were described. Results Herb manure-prepared licorice is manufactured goods that pack the licorice powder in bamboos, and soake the bamboos in feces after a period of time. Generally, it was listed in the ancient herbal medicine of the Category of Humans. According to the recorded Chinese materia medica, the herb manure-prepared licoricemay formed in the Tang and Song Dynasties, and its associated processing methods recorded earlier appeared in the Yuan Dynasty Danxi＇s Experiential Therapy. After the Yuan Dynasty, the previous medical records and ancient Bencao works were recorded in the relevant application or processing methods, to the Qing Dynasty in the use and pro-cessing methods began to diversify, and the methods has developed, but the modern people in the manure-prepared licorice processing methodological studies have faded out of clinical practice.
