国有高技术企业创新效率及影响因素研究

Research on Innovation Efficiency and Influencing Factors of State-owned High Tech Enterprises

基于DEA-Tobit两阶段模型研究我国国有企业创新效率及其影响因素。研究发现:国有高技术企业具有创新效率优势;不同地区不同行业高技术企业创新效率差异大;政府补助和企业规模不利于国有高技术企业创新效率提升,而出口交货值与技术改造经费支出有利于其效率进步。

Based on the DEA-Tobit two stage model, the innovation efficiency of China＇s state-owned enterprises and its influencing factors are studied. The study shows： state-owned high tech enterprises have the advantage of innovation efficiency; innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprise from different regions, or different industries is different, the government subsidies and enterprise scale is not conducive to improving innovation efficiency of the state-owned high-teeh enterprises, but the export delivery value and technical transformation expenses is favorable for promoting it.
