摘要
运用SERVQUAL模型,借鉴国内关于网购物流的研究成果,研究网购物流服务质量对顾客口碑推荐的影响。实证结果表明,网购物流服务质量会通过顾客满意的完全中介作用对顾客口碑推荐产生正向影响,同时物流服务质量经济性、可靠性、移情性、信息性和时间性都会对顾客满意产生显著正向影响,而物流服务灵活性的影响不显著。
Combining SERVQUAL model with domestic research on the logistics of online shopping, this paper is to study the impact of logistics servicing quality on online shopping and word-of-mouth recommendation. It is proved that the online shopping logistics service quality will have a positive impact on customers' word of mouth through the complete mediation of customer satisfaction, and the six dimensions of logistics service quality, economy, reliability, empathy, informative and timeliness will have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction, the impact of flxibility is not significant.
