摘要
卫生管理运筹学传统教学模式难以调动学生学习积极性,运用翻转课堂优化该课程教学,将传统课堂中知识的传授转移至课前完成,知识的内化则由原先课后做作业的活动转移至课堂中的学习活动,提高了学生的学习兴趣、主动性和教学效果。
Traditional teaching mode in health management is difficult to mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning. With flipped class, which transfers knowledge teaching in traditional class to pre--class period, to optimize teaching, the learning will occur in study in class instead of in homework doing after class. It improves students' enthusiasm and initiative for learning together with teaching effect.
