保妇康栓和唯阴康治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果观察

The Clinical Effect of Baofu Kang Shuan Combined Weiyinkang in the Treatment of Fungal Vaginitis During Pregnancy

目的:研究保妇康栓和唯阴康治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:本次研究选取的研究对象为2013年8月至2015年6月期间在江西省万年县人民医院进行治疗的妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎孕妇,将80例孕妇简单随机分为两组,40例妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎孕妇为一组。其中,一组孕妇实施保妇康栓治疗(对照组);另一组采用唯阴康治疗(观察组)。对比两组妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎孕妇的依从性、临床疗效和复发率。结果:观察组妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎孕妇的依从性和复发率均优于对照组孕妇(P<0.05),临床疗效对比差异不大(P>0.05)。结论:使用唯阴康治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎孕妇,安全有效,复发率低,适合在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of Baofu Kang Shuan combined Weiyinkang in the treatment of fungal vaginitis during pregnancy. Methods： The study subjects were selected in August 2013 ~ June 2015 in Jiangxi Wannian County People＆#39;s Hospital, for treatment of fungal vaginitis pregnant women, 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases of gestational mold vaginitis pregnant women as a group. Among them, a group of pregnant women embodiment Baofukang suppository treatment （control group） and the other group were also combined with Weiyinkang treatment （observation group）. Fungal vaginitis compliance, efficacy and recurrence rate was compared between the two groups of pregnant women. Results： Compliance and recurrent fungal vaginitis pregnancy rates in the observation group is less than the control group （P〈0.05）, the clinical efficacy showed little difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Baofukang combined with Weiyinkang treatment for fungal vaginitis pregnant women is safe and effective, with lower recurrence rate, thus it is suitable for clinical application.
