中华医学会风湿病学会制定的2011版《原发性痛风诊断和治疗指南》已经使用了5年,但是其指南已经不符合中国的国情和诊疗的需要。2015年美国风湿病学会(Chinese Rheumatology Association,ACR)和欧洲抗风湿病联盟(European League Against Rheumatism,EULAR)制定的痛风分类标准给了较多的新的建议。因此,中华医学会风湿病学会制定了《2016中国痛风诊疗指南》。本文从多个要点方面解读其删补的内容,希望给读者更加清晰的认识。

There have been five years since Chinese Rheumatology Association（CRA） established ＂Chinese guideline for diagnosis and treatment of primary gout in 2011＂.However,this guideline didn’t satisfy the need of clinic practice.American College of Rheumatology（ACR） and The European League Against Rheumatism（EULAR） drew up ＂Gout Classification Criteria：an American College of Rheumatology European League Against Rheumatism Collaborative Initiative＂ which had given new insights and suggestions for clinicians.Thus,Chinese rheumatology association drafted ＂the Chinese guideline for the management for gout in 2016＂ with expectation for unveiling profiles of new guideline.
