糖皮质激素联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床效果

Clinical Effect of Glucocorticoid Combined Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis Joint

目的:分析糖皮质激素联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年4月至2015年6月在江西奉新第二中医院接受治疗的94例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为两组各47例,对照组给予玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组给予糖皮质激素联合玻璃酸钠治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后1个月、6个月时观察组膝关节Lequence评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组治疗优良率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著,可有效改善患者膝关节功能,值得推广。

Objective：To analyze clinical effect of glucocorticoid combined sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods：47 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis between April 2014 and June 2014 in Jiangxi Fengxin Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese were randomly divided into two groups.Control group was given sodium hyaluronate treatment,observation group was given glucocorticoids combined treatment of sodium hyaluronate,curative effect of two groups was compared.Results：1 month and 6 months after treatment,knee joint Lequence score were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group（P〈0.05）,the rate of good treatment and observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Glucocorticoid combined sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis showed obvious therapeutic effect,and effectively improve the function of patients with knee joint,thus it is worth promoting.
