冠心病采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床价值剖析

The Clinical Value of Atorvastatin Combined Trimetazidine Treatment with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨冠心病采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床效果。方法:选取江西省进贤县人民医院收治的冠心病患者90例进行分析,随机分为两组,观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪进行治疗,对照组采取曲美他嗪治疗,观察两组的效果。结果:治疗前两组患者的血脂及CRP指标差异无统计学意义P>0.05,治疗后,观察组各指标明显优于对照组;观察组治疗总有效率95.6%明显高于对照组的73.3%,差异显著P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:冠心病采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床效果好,治疗总有效率高,值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical value of atorvastatin combined trimetazidine treatment with coronary heart disease.Methods：90 cases of coronary heart disease patients of Jinxian County People’s Hospital were analyzed,and randomly divided into two groups：observation group with atorvastatin combined trimetazidine treatment,control group treated with trimetazidine,the effects of the two groups were observed.Results：CRP indexes and blood lipids in patients of the two groups before treatment showed no difference（P〉0.05）,after treatment,the observation group was better than control group each index;total effective rate of the observation group is 95.6%,which is significantly higher than the control group 73.3%（P〈0.05.Conclusion：Coronary heart disease treated with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine showed good effect,with higher total effective rate,thus it is worthy promoting.
