术前应用抗生素对急性阑尾炎术后伤口感染的影响分析

Preoperative Application of Antibiotics on Postoperative Wound Infection in Patients with Acute Appendicitis

目的：探讨术前应用抗生素对急性阑尾炎术后伤口感染的影响。方法：以麻城市人民医院于2013年7月2016年7月期间收治的220例急性阑尾炎手术患者的资料展开分析。以术前0-2h为限,分为应用抗生素的观察组和未应用抗生素的对照组。手术结束后,随访两周,就两组患者伤口感染的情况展开分析,总结术前应用抗生素对伤口感染的影响。同时,由医院自制满意度调查表,就两组患者手术满意情况进行比较。结果：观察组患者总计发生6例伤口感染患者,占5.45%;对照组患者总计发生16例伤口感染,占14.55%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者总满意率96.36%显著高于对照组89.09%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：针对急性阑尾炎患者应实施术前应用抗生素,显著减少术后伤口感染,帮助患者快速恢复正常生活,提高满意度,值得推广。

Objective：To explore the influence of preoperative application of antibiotics on postoperative wound infection in patients with acute appendicitis.Methods：220 cases of patients with acute appendicitis operation and who accepted treatments in Macheng City People’s Hospital from July 2013 to July 2016 were collected as the expansion analysis.To be limited to preoperative 0-2h,the use of antibiotics in the observation group and control group without antibiotics.After the operation,the patients were followed up for one week,and the wound infection of two groups was analyzed,the influence of antibiotic application on wound infection was summarized.At the same time,the satisfaction of operation of two groups of patients were compared by the hospital self satisfaction questionnaire.Results：A total of 6 cases of wound infection occurred in the observation group,accounting for 5.45%;a total of 16 cases of wound infection occurred in the control group,accounting for 14.55%,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.36%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 89.09%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In view of the operation scope,the time is long,the pollution opportunity many,the high position infection,the patients with acute appendicitis should be applied the preoperative antibiotics,which can significantly reduce postoperative wound infection,help patients to quickly restore normal life,improve satisfaction,and thus it is worth promoting.
