中药三七药理作用与真伪鉴别的分析

Pharmacological Action and Identification of Authenticity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Notoginseng

目的:研究中药三七的药理作用及真伪鉴别的途径。方法:选取南昌市洪都中医院2011年12月至2012年12月期间所收治的160例采纳三七治疗患者临床资料作为本文研究对象,并进行回顾性研析中药三七的药理作用及医学临床上的真伪鉴别方式。结果:经过在本组的160例患者接受三七中药治疗的进程中,根据数据显示,有尿道炎13例,痊愈者11例,痊愈率为84.6%;脑血栓12例,痊愈者10例,痊愈率为83.3%;高血脂15例,痊愈者14例,痊愈率为93.3%;冠心病32例,痊愈者28例,痊愈率为87.5%;心绞痛28例,痊愈者26例,痊愈率达92.8%;胃出血60例,痊愈者55例,痊愈率为91.6%。根据以上这些,足以说明三七具有止血、抗血栓作用,在治疗中枢神经系统疾病、循环系统疾病等相关方面有明显的医学疗效,而性状观察和理化方法都可以对真假三七进行鉴别。结论:中药三七在医学临床上医学疗效明显,不良反应情况发生率低,医学使用价值高,值得在医学临床上推广和使用。另外,三七中药使用普遍,不乏出现假冒药品,所以应注意其真假性。

Objective：Pharmacological action and identification of authenticity of Traditional Chinese Medicine notoginseng were studied.Method：160 cases treated by notoginseng from December 2011 to December 2012 were selected as the research object;the pharmacological action and identification of notoginseng were studied.Results：160 patients after notoginseng treatment,according to the data,among 13 cases ＂urethritis＂,11 cases were cured,the cure rate was 84.6%;among 12 cases of cerebral thrombosis,10 cases were cured,the cure rate is 83.3%;among 15 cases of hyperlipidemia,14 cases were cured,the recovery rate was 93.3%,among 32 cases of coronary heart disease,28 cases were cured,the cure rate is 87.5%,among ＂colic＂ in 28 cases,26 cases were cured,the cure rate was 92.8%,among 60 cases of stomach bleeding,55 cases were cured,the cure rate is 91.6%.All the results showed that notoginseng has antithrombotic effect,has obvious curative effect in the treatment of central nervous system diseases,circulatory system diseases and other related aspects,and ＂characters＂ and ＂physicochemical method＂ can identify the genuine notoginseng.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine notoginseng has obvious curative effect,low incidence of adverse reactions,high medical use value,and it is worth to be popularized and used in clinical medicine.In addition,the use of notoginseng is common;there is no lack of counterfeit drugs,so we should pay attention to its authenticity.
