紫杉醇联合表阿霉素治疗乳腺癌不良反应的护理

Adverse Drug Reactions Observation and Nursing Care on Paclitaxel Plus Table Doxorubicin Treatment with Breast Cancer

目的:研究紫杉醇联合表阿霉素治疗乳腺癌不良反应的护理方法。方法:选择2013年8月至2015年12月期间在南昌大学第四附属医院接受治疗的乳腺癌患者58例作为研究对象,随机划入观察组和对照组,观察组29例,对照组29例,分别接受紫杉醇联合表阿霉素治疗乳腺癌不良反应护理和常规护理,比较两组患者的不良反应发生率。结果:观察组过敏3例,胃肠道反应2例,脱发9例,关节肌肉酸痛10例,窦性心动过速2例,不良反应发生率24.1%,对照组过敏4例,胃肠道反应4例,脱发22例,关节肌肉酸痛12例,窦性心动过速4例,不良反应发生率31.7%,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:紫杉醇联合表阿霉素治疗乳腺癌不良反应的护理能够显著降低不良反应发生率,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective：To study the effect of nursing care on adverse drug reactions（adrs）on Paclitaxel plus table doxorubicin treatment with breast cancer.Methods：58 patients with breast cancer and treated in our hospital from August 2013-December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group（29 cases）and the control group（29 cases）.Observation group was treated with breast cancer care and control group was treated with routine nursing care,and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups was compared.Results：There were 3 cases of allergy,2 cases of gastrointestinal reaction,9 cases of hair loss and 10 cases of joints or muscle aches,2 cases of sinus tachycardia（24.1% incidence of adverse reactions）in the observation group;and there were 4 cases of allergy,4 cases of gastrointestinal reaction,22 cases of hair loss,12 cases of joints or muscle aches,4 cases of sinus tachycardia（31.7% incidence of adverse reactions）in control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Special breast cancer care on paclitaxel plus table doxorubicin treatment,significantly reduces the adverse drug reactions（adrs）,thus it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
