摘要
目的利用不同种属的动物寻找和建立可能用于泪道功能研究的动物模型。方法比较和分析猫和大鼠泪道系统的大体解剖结构,并通过泪小管组织光镜切片和电镜切片观察显微解剖结构,从大体解剖和微观两方面比较猫和大鼠泪道结构的异同。结果猫和大鼠泪道大体解剖结构与人十分相似,但泪道粘膜显微结构存在差异。结论猫和大鼠可作为研究泪道功能的动物模型。
Objective To establish the animal model for the lacrimal drainage function in different animal species.Methods The gross anatomy structure and microanatomy structure of nasolacrimal systems in cats and rats were investigated and compared by light microscope and electron microscope to find out the structural differences of the lacrimal drainage system between cats and rats from the perspectives of the gross structure and the microstructure respectively.Results The lacrimal drainage system of cats and rats and that of human beings are similar in the gross anatomy structure but different in the microanatomy structure.Conclusion Cats and rats can be used as the animal models for studying the drainage function of the lacrimal system.
