发热中枢神经回路的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 发热是机体抵抗疾病和外来细菌感染的一种复杂的生理与病理生理性防御性反应,革兰阴性细菌感染引起的发热反应主要是由菌壁脂多糖(LPS)所致[1-3]。LPS能引起血液中的单核细胞、淋巴细胞和组织中的巨噬细胞释放多种致热性细胞因子(IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α)经血液循环到下丘脑视前区(POA),分别与各自的细胞因子受体结合,
