摘要
[目的]分析木天蓼根茎的化学成分.[方法]采用柱硅胶色谱、HPLC等技术对木天蓼根茎进行分离及纯化,通过1 H-NMR及13C-NMR等波谱方法对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定.[结果]从木天蓼根茎中共分离得到7个化合物,经波谱解析分别鉴定为3β-O-乙酰熊果酸(1)、α-亚麻酸(2)、豆甾-4烯-3酮(3)、月桂酸(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)及表儿茶素(7).[结论]化合物1,2,3,4,6,7均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical constituents of Actinidiapolygama(Sieb.et Zucc.)Miq rhizome.METHODSSilica gel and prep-HPLC were used to isolate and purify the constituents of Actinidia polygama(Sieb.et Zucc.)Miq rhizome and their chemical structures were elucidated by 1 H-NMR and 13 CNMR spectral analysis.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated from the Actinidia polygama(Sieb.et Zucc.)Miq rhizome and their chemical structures were identified as 3β-O-acetylursolic acid(1),α-linolenic acid(2),stigmast-4-en-3-one(3),lauric acid(4),β-sitosterol(5),daucosterol(6)and epicatechin(7)by spectral analysis.CONCLUSION Compounds 1,2,3,4,6and 7 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
