摘要
测试了Q345B钢的高温力学性能,鉴别了铸坯裂纹处析出物的类型,研究了含铌Q345钢中第二相粒子固溶析出及晶粒长大的规律,探讨了钢中第二相粒子与铸坯表面裂纹的关系及相应的控制措施。
The high temperature mechanical properties of Q345B were tested, and the type of precipitates in cracks on continuously casting slabs was identified in the paper. The rule of solid solution precipitation and grain growth of the sec- ond phase particles in Nb-containing Q345 steel was studied. The relationship between the second phase particles in the steel and the surface crack of the slab was discussed, and the corresponding control measures were put forward.
